Tairāwhiti and Wairoa

The communities of Gisborne and Wairoa have been impacted by adverse weather for several years, and the need for psychological support is growing. Trauma Aid has been supporting communities in the neighbouring Hawke's Bay for years, and now it's time to help our friends to the north.

We are in the initial planning stages for therapy events in Tairāwhiti and Wairoa. Do you want to help, or do you know someone who needs help? Get in touch, and let's make a difference for these communities.

Tahuna Queenstown

We are working with our friends at the Queenstown Housing Initiative to host group EMDR therapy in the Queenstown-Lakes Region for people affected by the housing crisis. We expect to begin these events later in 2024, in-person and online.
