Welcome to The Path Program, where we blend innovative EMDR techniques with the power of poi to create a unique therapeutic experience.
The programme is delivered online in structured eight-session cohorts, supporting emotional healing and personal growth through dynamic movement, mindfulness practices, and EMDR-informed resourcing.
The Path Program offers a unique therapeutic experience that integrates Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing with the innovative practice of poi, creating a dynamic approach to healing. The programme is designed to use evidence-based techniques while offering clients a safe, accessible, and engaging online environment.
The integration of movement with EMDR allows participants to explore their feelings and experiences in a new and accessible way, promoting emotional resilience and personal growth.
Control and privacy
You never have to describe your trauma in detail.
One of the key features of The Path Program is its commitment to maintaining client privacy and comfort. Clients are not required to share their trauma history, creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages healing without pressure.
You remain in control at every step, and the healing happens through your own natural processing, supported by rhythmic bilateral stimulation.
Poi and bilateral rhythm
Grounded, uplifting movement.
Poi practice provides bilateral rhythm in a way that feels grounded and uplifting. Through a curated series of gentle movements developed by SpinPoi, poi invites calm, balance, and safety within yourself and your surroundings.
The steady rhythm of spinning poi can soothe the nervous system and offers a deep sense of connection to body, mind, and spirit.
