Structured support for high-exposure teams

Trauma Aid can offer GTEP for Professional Groups as a limited series for frontline workers, including emergency services, healthcare teams, firefighters, nurses, doctors, and other groups who carry demanding work on behalf of their communities.

These groups sit naturally within Trauma Aid's community-response mission. When a team has been exposed to repeated stress, disaster work, critical incidents, moral distress, or the ongoing weight of caring for others, structured group therapy can provide a practical way to support recovery and resilience.

Who can enquire?

Enquiries are welcome from members of teams who can see a need for support, as well as managers, clinical leads, service leaders, and organisations planning wellbeing support after a difficult period. Funding arrangements can be discussed based on the group, context, and available partnerships.

The service is delivered as structured group therapy by clinical psychologists with EMDR and group-intervention expertise.
