Trauma Aid's work depends on people who can bring clinical skill, cultural knowledge, community relationships, administration, logistics, and steady hands when communities are under pressure.

Clinical volunteers

Psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers, nurses, and other trained professionals who can support EMDR-informed community work.

Community and cultural support

People with local relationships, cultural knowledge, language skills, or community leadership experience who can help us respond respectfully.

Operations and communications

Administrators, communications specialists, logistics helpers, and people who can help coordinate rosters, venues, travel, and follow-up.
